The Spirit of Nevada Scholarship Contest

High School Students Are Invited to Participate in the Spirit of Nevada Scholarship Contest!
See the attached news release regarding the twelfth annual Spirit of Nevada Scholarship Contest.  The theme this year is “Nevada Past and Present.”  High School Students can submit in one of the following four categories:  Video,  short story or poem, work of art, or original song/musical production. One winner in each category will receive a $1000 scholarship prize and the winners’ schools will receive a $500 cash prize as well.  Review the News Release attached to this email and go to the link indicated in the News Release.  Scroll down the linked web page to the “Spirit of Nevada Scholarship” section and follow instructions carefully.  Be sure to read the complete rules.   Naming conventions, permission forms, and submission process and rules must be followed completely for the submission to qualify.  The deadline for submissions is Friday, April 16, 2021. Deadline extended to 5 pm Friday, April 30, 2021.
