Important Note: When signing in on the mobile app, please make sure to search for and select Odyssey Charter School as your district.

Getting Started & Troubleshooting

First-Time Parent Portal Login

We do not use activation keys for first-time setup.

To get started: Please send an email to our support team at [email protected] to request your unique username and temporary password.
Once you receive your login credentials, head to the Campus Parent Portal to log in and set up your permanent password.

Forgot Your Password or Username?

If you have already activated your account but cannot log in:

Go to the Parent or Student login page.
Click on Forgot Password? or Forgot Username? below the sign-in button.
Enter your recovery email address to receive password reset instructions.

What Can You Do in Infinite Campus?

Infinite Campus is a powerful tool designed to keep you informed about your student’s academic progress. Through the portal, you can:

View Real-Time Grades: Keep track of current assignments, test scores, and overall class grades.
Check Attendance: Monitor daily attendance and tardiness.
Access Report Cards: View and download official report cards and progress reports at the end of each term.
See Schedules: Check daily class schedules and teacher assignments.
Modify Contact Preferences: Choose how and when you receive school notifications (such as emails or text alerts).
Note: To update your actual physical address, phone number, or email on file, please contact the school office directly or submit updates during the Annual Update process.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Q: What is the difference between Campus Parent and Campus Student?

A: Campus Parent allows a guardian to view the information for all of their children enrolled at Odyssey Charter School under a single login. Campus Student is a personalized account just for the individual student to track their own work.

Q: I also have children enrolled in a CCSD school. Why can’t I see my Odyssey students and CCSD students in the same portal?

A: Odyssey Charter School and Clark County School District (CCSD) maintain entirely separate databases, meaning student information is not automatically shared. However, Infinite Campus allows you to link your accounts so you can easily toggle between districts in the app or browser.

How to Link District Accounts:

Sign in to your Infinite Campus Parent Portal or Mobile App.

Open the main Menu.

Navigate to Account Settings (or Switch Account).

Select Add Another District (or Link Account).

Search for and select the additional district (e.g., Clark County School District or Odyssey Charter School).

Sign in using your established username and password for that specific district.

Note: You must already have an active, working portal account with both districts before you can link them.

Q: Why can’t I see all of my Odyssey children on my parent account?

A: If you have multiple children at Odyssey Charter School but do not see them all in your portal, they may not be linked properly under your household in our database. Please email support so we can link them for you.
