Middle School Attendance Policy – Odyssey Charter Schools of Nevada

Odyssey Charter Middle School follows state regulations for school attendance, and adherence to these policies is closely monitored and enforced.

Student attendance in Middle School consists of three requirements:

the daily online work in each course
the student’s class day on campus
the Monday online Attendance Check for every class

These requirements ensure that a student begins work in courses on Mondays, comes to campus the current week, and time and progress in coursework are satisfactory.

Students who are not meeting these requirements are placed on an academic plan for which they and their parents are required to come to school for regular meetings. Poor attendance, lack of progress, and missed meetings impact enrollment.
