Students, if you have general tech-related questions or are not sure who to contact with your computer issues, email Odyssey Tech Support at: techsupport@odysseyk12.org. By emailing Tech support (rather than calling) you will receive a faster response. Remember to include your grade level and your specific issue.
Moodle Issues
Students, if you’re not able to log into Moodle, first try the reset password option. This will allow you to reset your Moodle password using your Odyssey Gmail account.
If you are behind on your courses or have not attended school recently, you may have been locked out of Moodle. If you think this is the case, check your OCS email for instructions.
Gmail Issues
Students, if you do have access to Moodle, but are not able to log into your Odyssey Gmail please send a Moodle Message to Mr. Ladwig. Please only use your Odyssey Gmail for school-related purposes. Once you are no longer with Odyssey your school Gmail account may be deleted at any time.
Discounted Internet
If your child qualifies for free school lunches, you could qualify for discounted home Internet.
