Tech Support Contact Information
Students, if you have general tech-related questions or are not sure who to contact with your computer issues, email Odyssey Tech Support at: techsupport@odysseyk12.org. By emailing Tech support (rather than calling) you will receive a faster response. Remember to include your grade level and your specific issue.

Moodle Issues
Students, if you’re not able to log into Moodle, first try the reset password option. This will allow you to reset your Moodle password using your Odyssey Gmail account.

If you are behind on your courses or have not attended school recently, you may have been locked out of Moodle. If you think this is the case, check your OCS email for instructions.

Gmail Issues
Students, if you do have access to Moodle, but are not able to log into your Odyssey Gmail please send a Moodle Message to Mr. Ladwig.

Loaner Computer
If you are in need of a loaner computer, please fill out this form.

If  you are having either Moodle or Gmail login issues, and the methods above are not working for you, contact our tech support at techsupport@odysseyk12.org

Please only use your Odyssey Gmail for school-related purposes. Once you are no longer with Odyssey your school Gmail account may be deleted at any time.

Free Parental Web Controls – Monitor Your Children’s Web Activity – Open DNS Home is a free online service that helps parents to monitor and control the Internet activities of their children.

Discounted Internet – If your child qualifies for free school lunches, you could qualify for discounted home Internet.
