Hello to all of you. We hope you and your families are all doing well during these unprecedented times! We also hope you are adjusting to the new ‘online only’ format. Our staff misses seeing your kids each week! If your student has any questions about their school work, please have them reach out to their teacher via Odyssey Gmail. All teachers are working and anxious to assist! We encourage you to help your kids work hard and stay committed to their learning and completion of their classwork each week! We don’t want anyone to get behind! We are so close to the end of the school year – we all need to be dedicated, motivated, and end strong!
We are all being forced to make significant adjustments to our way of living! Here at Odyssey, we are also adjusting how we normally do things to meet the demands and needs of the day. We have adjusted our normal re-enrollment procedures so we can complete a “no contact” re-enrollment process. Below is information on re-enrollment for each school. 2020 – 2021 High School Registration
RETURNING High School Students
Current Odyssey 8th grade through 11th-grade students will be mailed returning registration packets the week of April 6th. We have condensed the registration packet to make the process easier to manage. Please remember the OLR (online registration process) must be completed and the OLR number documented in the spot indicated on the forms you will receive. The OLR registration opens up on April 16th, 2020 at 8:00 AM. Once you have completed the documents and have an OLR number, please mail them back in the postage-paid envelope provided on or before May 15th, to receive your priority day & time. If you have any questions, please email ldickton@odysseyk12.org. Please do not mail the registration packet back without the OLR number!!
NEW High School Students
Thank you for your interest in Odyssey Charter High School. Please email your mailing address to ldickton@odysseyk12.org to request a packet. The packet will be mailed to you along with a postage-paid return envelope and completion instructions.
2020 – 2021 Elementary and Middle School Registration
RETURNING Elementary and Middle School Students
Thank you for your patience during this challenging time. We have condensed the registration packet to make the process easier to manage. Look for an email sent to you titled “K-8 Enrollment 2020 – 2021” and click on the link to begin the re-enrollment process. After clicking on the emailed link and completing the form, all returning students entering 1st through 8th grades will receive a short application form in the mail. Envelopes with return postage will be sent with instructions for returning the packet. Please do not return your application until the Online Registration in Infinite Campus (OLR) is complete and you have written the OLR number in the spot indicated on the cover page.
