VERY COOL Opportunity for Students- Youth Rebel Start Academy
We are excited to announce that the Youth Rebel Start Academy (YRSA) is returning for its second year, and we are now recruiting rising juniors and seniors for Summer 2025! This youth pre-apprenticeship program provides students with early career exploration, volunteer experiences and apprenticeships, and the opportunity to earn college credits at zero out-of-pocket cost.
Why YRSA?
• Career Exploration: Students will gain hands-on experience in fields like Teaching, Community Health, Sports &
Recreation, and IT/Cyber Security.
• College Credit & Work Experience: Students take early college coursework while participating in volunteer and/or
apprenticeship experiences during the summer.
• Dual Credit at No Cost: Students enroll in dual credit courses at no cost, helping them earn college credits while still
in high school
• Support & Development: Participants will receive guidance, mentorship, and wrap-around support to ensure their success. We invite you, your team, students, and parents to attend a virtual information session to learn more about how your school can offer this opportunity to students.
