The Jumpstart Program is excited to announce that your students can begin applying for the AT&T Scholarship! This scholarship is available to all of your students who will be participating in a Math 95, Math 96, English 100 or English 101 Jumpstart course during the Spring 2020 semester.
Funding for this scholarship is provided through the AT&T Aspire Foundation and is limited. CSN will award the scholarships on a first-come, first-served basis, based upon the date/time the completed scholarship application is submitted via email to Aspire@CSN.EDU or post marked. The deadline for students to submit their complete application is Friday, December 16th.
Students are required to submit a completed application that includes the following:
ü AT&T Aspire Scholarship Application
ü CSN Press Release Form
ü Foundation Disclosure Release Form
ü Foundation Waiver-Minor Students (required only if student is under 18)
Additionally, CSN will conduct media coverage by taking pictures and a short video with students who accept the AT&T Scholarship. Therefore, the attached media release forms must be submitted with the application no later than December 6, 2019. Students who receive the scholarship are required to write a thank you letter or card for the AT&T Aspire Foundation with a brief statement on how the AT&T scholarship has made it possible for them to participate in the Jumpstart program. We will need all cards and letter no later than Friday, February 7, 2020.
