Individual Vision and Hearing Screenings

Student screenings will be performed for Grades Kindergarten, 4, 7, 10, and all students new to Clark County

SCREENING DATES & TIMES

Kindergarten Students:
May 4^th

4th Grade Students:
April 3^rd through April 7^th (By appointment only)

7th Grade Students:
March 27^th through March 31^st
April 3^rd through April 7^th (Make-up Screenings)

10th Grade Students:
April 17^th through April 21^st
April 24^th through April 28^th (Make-up Screenings)

SCREENINGS FOR KINDERGARTEN, 7^th AND 10^th GRADE STUDENTS WILL BE PERFORMED IN THE NURSE’S OFFICE DURING YOUR CHILD’S SCHEDULED CLASS DAY

PLEASE NOTE: 7th grade students will also be screened for scoliosis. If you do not wish to have your child screened please send a note with your child or call the school nurse.
