Department of Wildlife – Summer Work

The Nevada Department of Wildlife’s Game Division is offering a full-time summer seasonal work opportunity for 2016 through the James Lathrop & Wayne Capurro Memorial Internship Program. Through the Internship, the Game Division can employ up to five college students for a summer field season. The internships are sponsored by Nevada Bighorns Unlimited and the Nevada Wildlife Record Book. The Department has one internship position available for 2016. The application packet is available online by CLICKING HERE.

This information is for graduating seniors who aspire to attend college or university to pursue a degree in wildlife management or another conservation-related field of study. This is a competitive program and interested parties should pay particular attention to the qualifications described within the packet. The application due date is 5:00 P.M., March 18, 2016.
