Eligibility: Student must be U.S. citizen, residing within the jurisdiction of the Benevolent and Protective Order o Elks in the State of Nevada and plan to pursue an eligible vocational/technical course, above and supplemental to high school or preparatory school level. Eligible program has to be defined as a two year or less vocational/technical program, culminating in an Associate Degree, diploma or certificate. Student must plan to carry a minimum of 12 credit hours each semester. All applications must go through a local Elks Lodge.
