Eligible Service Hour Dates: May 1, 2024 – May 1, 2025

- Service hours must be reported using the NV Promise Community Service webform.
- Additional documentation should be kept by the student, by using the NV Promise Volunteer Timesheet or the service organization’s volunteer tracking system.
- A signature from the service organization is only required if the organization does not provide an official method of tracking and recording service activities.
Note: All community service submissions will be reviewed for compliance before the applying the activity to the student record. Students can verify with the office if their hours were approved.. Eligible service activity guidelines are listed on the Nevada Promise Community Service page.
