Statement Regarding Governor Sisolak’s Repeal of the Mask Mandate
Governor Sisolak has announced an updated directive to end the statewide mask mandate for Nevada.
Beginning at the end of the school day today, February 10, 2022, masks will no longer be required on campus. Because COVID-19 continues, students and employees can make the individual choice to continue masking. Some people will continue to wear masks and some will not, both options are acceptable. Please withhold judgment and be respectful of each other’s personal choices.
At this time, all other COVID-19 mitigation measures remain in effect, including our temperature checks for staff, social distancing, hand washing, and disinfecting protocols. Please continue to stay home if you have any signs of illness.
We will continue to have masks available at our front entrances and have masks available during testing.
