Individual Vision and Hearing Screenings

Student screenings will be performed for Grades Kindergarten, 4, 7, 10, and all students new to Clark County

SCREENING DATES & TIMES

Kindergarten
March 11^th and 12^th

4^th Grade Students:
April 14^th-16^th

7^th Grade Students:
May 4^th through May 8^th
May 11^th through May 15^th (Make-Up’s)

10^th Grade Students:
March 16^th through March 20^th
March 23^rd through March 27^th (Make-Up’s)

SCREENINGS FOR STUDENTS IN KINDER, 7^TH AND 10^TH GRADE WILL BE PERFORMED IN THE HEALTH OFFICE DURING YOUR CHILD’S SCHEDULED CLASS DAY. 4^TH GRADE STUDENTS WILL BE SCREENED AT THEIR DEGINGATED MEETING LOCATION.

PLEASE NOTE: 7^th grade students will also be screened for scoliosis. If you do not wish to have your child screened please send a note with your child or call the school nurse.
