Student screenings will be performed for Grades Kindergarten, 4, 7, 10, and all students new to Clark County

SCREENING DATES & TIMES

7^th Grade Students:
April 6^th through April 9^th

10^th Grade Students:
April 13^th through April 17^th

Kindergarten and 4^th Grade Students:
April 6^th through April 17^th(By appointment only)

Make-up Screenings for Grades Kindergarten, 4 & 7
May 11^th through 15^th
(Kinder & 4^th grade by appointment only)
(7^th grade during scheduled class day)

Make-Up Screenings for 10^th Grade Students
May 18^th through 22^nd(during scheduled class day)

SCREENINGS FOR 7^TH AND 10^TH GRADE STUDENTS WILL BE PERFORMED IN THE NURSE’S OFFICE DURING YOUR CHILD’S SCHEDULED CLASS DAY

PLEASE NOTE: 7^th grade students will also be screened for scoliosis. If you do not wish to have your child screened please send a note with your child or call the school nurse.
