Hello Families and Welcome!

My name is Dori DeLuca and I am the K-12 Community Events Coordinator at Odyssey. We have all sorts of events for our students and families during the year, and we encourage you to be there to connect with other families and have some fun, while creating memorable moments for your kids.

Please visit our website often for updates on all upcoming events.  It’s simple – just go to the “Resources” tab, and drop down to “Events”. There you can click on links to any event to access the flyer for each, which will give you all the details you need to know about a particular event.

Here’s some of the things we have planned in the next few months:

September 12, 11:30 a.m.  – 12:30 p.m.,  Kinder Welcome Tea Party
For Kindergartener’s and their parent(s). We’ll serve finger sandwiches & tea party fare, story time with a Tea Party Princess (PAT’s Mrs. Diane Kelly), a photo booth with dress up for boys & girls, and top it off with some sweet desserts!

 September 16, 6 – 8:00 p.m., K8 Skate Night at Crystal Palace (Rancho)
Open to all students, families and friends! Please see website/flyer for details.

September 19, Noon – 1:30 p.m., Middle School Ice Cream Social
For all middle school students. Parents should plan to drop off at Noon and pickup at 1:30 p.m. We’ll have ice cream for you to build your own dessert, and music and hangout time with your classmates!

Week of September 22 – 26, Middle School Student ID’s (FREE)
Students ID’s will be processed during regular school hours. Students are asked to report to class on their scheduled day and time, and ID’s will be made during those hours. Since Middle School students are required to carry their ID’s, they are free of charge. (If you need replacements for lost ID’s, there will be a $4.00 charge.)

Tuesday, September 23 and Friday, September 26, 11 a.m. – 1 p.m., K-5 Student ID’s ($4.00/each)
Please check in at the K8 Middle School front desk in Building #2, Suite #6166. All K-5 ID’s are $4.00/each, and will be printed as you wait.

Thursday, October 23, 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. K-8 Trunk-r-Treat
Students & families come to have a safe place to celebrate Halloween. Families decorate their automobile trunks and hand out candy as students Trunk-r-Treat! (For those who do not wish to decorate their car, just come out to have some fun.) We will have all kinds of booths for games and photo taking. More details will be coming soon, so look for that flyer on our website.
