Individual Vision and Hearing Screenings

Student screenings will be performed for Grades Kindergarten, 4, 7, 10, and all students new to Clark County.  

SCREENING DATES & TIMES

7th Grade Students:
March 10^th through March 13^th

10^th Grade Students:
March 17^th through March 21^st

Kindergarten and 4^th Grade Students:
March 10^th through March 21^St (By appointment only)

Make-up Screenings for Grades Kindergarten, 4, & 10
March 24^th through March 28^th(Kinder & 4^th grade by appointment only

Make-Up Screenings for 7^th Grade Students
April 21^st through April 25^th (During scheduled class day)

SCREENINGS FOR 7^TH AND 10^TH GRADE STUDENTS WILL BE PERFORMED IN THE NURSE’S OFFICE DURING YOUR CHILD’S SCHEDULED CLASS DAY

 PLEASE NOTE: 7^th grade students will also be screened for scoliosis
